So, I started this project about five years ago, and I got frustrated with how long it took, so i'm re-doing it! I have to completely sand it down to get all of the crappy paint off, and then I have to shape the blade so that it's a circle-ish thing.
But yeah, considering I was probably eleven or twelve when i made it, it doesn't look that bad.
The next weapon on my list is to make a pair of Axel's Chakrams, and an Organization XIII cloak before MegaCon next year. I'm gonna get some friends, cosplay, and we're gonna go together! .... now I just have to find some friends... lol

Why not just leave the paint on and reshape it, then prime it before you repaint it?
When I was 13 I made one out of TP rolls and a wrapping paper tube. Worked extremely well actually, but hot glue fails on cardboard, so it didn't last long.
